Serengeti Dairy Project: Financial Manager
Looking for an efficient financial manager!
The Financial Manager is responsible for all financial flows within the organization. She/he is also responsible for rightly administering these flows. These flows form the basis for the planning and control process. The financial manager has to adhere to the structure and principles of the organization, meaning finance can flow from the adjacent foundation to the facility, from the clients to the facility, from the facility to the coöperatieve, 3rd parties and employees. She/he has to be able to make a clear overview of this diversity of finance flows, which can be accounted for in a transparent way.
Requirements:
- ensures timely payments to farmers and timely receiving from clients
- creates and manages the stock administration and the financial administration
- takes care of the planning and control cycle
- prepares financial decisions and advices the executive director
- ensures good contact with financiers
- is knowledgeable about, or interested in researching, the (fiscal) regulations
- knows how to work with spreadsheets
- education: college or higher
