Serengeti Dairy Project: Production Leader
Looking for a production leader!
The production leader ensures an excellent quality of milk produced by our production facility. She/he oversees production process and logistical operations. Moreover, she/he recognizes where improvements need to be made. Finally, a proactive attitude is highly appreciated, especially in finding solutions quickly when quality of the products is in danger.
Requirements:
- is knowledgeable about milk and dairy production, and the quality requirements needed.
- has experience with dairy farming and dairy production.
- knows how to motivate people
- has an eye for logistics
- is strong in communication with direct colleagues (production & logistic employees)
- can make clear decisions when it comes to the quality of the product (can say no)
- is hands on, problem solving and takes action where needed
- education: college level (pre) and lots of practical experience
