Serengeti Dairy Project: Relations Manager
Looking for an excellent relations manager!
The relations manager ensures good communication with the supply side: the farmers. She/he helps to solve problems, and is a point of communication for the farmers, as well as a point of knowledge to solve any problems concerning livestock and quality of the milk. She/he is also responsible for communication with the coöperatieve .
requirements:
- knows how to take care of cows and milking
- is a good communicator: listening and explaining
- is emphatic
- can clearly communicate possibilities and no-gos (friendly but clear)
- speaks good English and Swahili (or is willing to learn)
- can respond quickly to problems
- education: college (pre, but not necessary), a lot of practical experience.
